Neutral Beaded Triple Circle Drop Earrings

The ones delivered to me look nothing like the ones in the picture. There was bead on there different from the other beads and worst of all, some beads were missing. I reported this to Lovisa through email and was helped by a lady named Gloria who was very helpful, loved her service. She let me go exchange in store and even the ones in store weren’t that great but better than the rubbish they had sent me.
