Refund policy

Changed your mind? Not to worry! Refunds are offered on all eligible orders returned to us within 30 days of your delivery date. Alternatively, online orders can be returned to your closest Lovisa store.

 

Refund and Exchange Conditions:

 

Items must be returned in their original sale condition and you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs from online orders are non-refundable.

Earrings, body piercing products. hair accessories, face masks, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind reasons.
